Ken Yim got his first-hand culinary experience with sushi more than 27 years ago with a family-owned sushi restaurant in Toronto. When the opportunity presented itself to open his very own venue, Ken took it and opened the doors to Ken Sushi House in 2016.

“I keep the ingredients fresh, first of all. I buy only the best and prepare it as if I’m making it for my family. If I have some fish delivered that I don’t like, I don’t accept it,” says Ken Sushi House chef Ken.
